Description
This is my latest painting doing in acrylic 28x48 inches.
not sure if the background is working. It was yellow but the eye keep going to it and it was not working. Think of something or if this one is working ? not sure

Jock, let me just say I was absolutely blown away by how cool this painting is. The details here are astounding, and you brought this scene to life perfectly. I totally agree with Harry about liking the pov you used, and you can almost hear the music playing as you look at it.

Oh my. Jock, this is just brilliant. What a fantastic painting! The light and shadows on the cloth of their jeans and shirts is marvelous. My eye isn't drawn to the background, it's drawn to the face of the blonde woman. Wow. I'm stunned at how good this! Your talent seems to grow by leaps and bounds.

This is one of your best Jock and the background doesn't worry me you seem to have mastered the hands something that lots of artists have trouble with , the only one that looks wrong is the hand on the third lady in but not being a fiddle player it could could be how she's holding the bow.
