Hi all: I started out as a painter, then switched to digital art after I saw some work in Bryce. Abandoned Bryce more or less when the Poser bug bit.Ă‚Â I have always liked more realistic painting. I also have worked as a professional photographer and currently shoot with a Nikon SLR digital camera. What's nice is I could use all my 35 mil lenses with the digital. Happy rendering!!Ă‚Â I'm married with two grown daughters and one grandson. Here I am on my new horse, Dylan.

You are right. No citizen of this country that was alive and functional at that time will ever forget.

One thing you can be sure of, the media will never allow the memory to dim... occasionally they get something right. Great work on this scene Sherrie... beauty!

boy, where was she when we needed her?! perhaps, you know, but just in case you don't: i used to live across the street from the WTC. in fact, i was one of the pioneers in that part of the city...the view from my bedroom was the towers and i spent much time in them...i never cared for the buildings--thought they were ugly--and always felt they stuck out like sore thumbs, which of course made them perfect targets for the terrorists...it took me over 7 years before i could go back there, and that was only because i had to for business...i was going to go down there today, but the weather was just too oppressive for me...i will go soon and take some photos to share in the gallery...

You're words are daunting, yet hit home, and are very real, for you.. and for thousands out there. I can't believe it was so many years ago, as it feels like just yesterday. I normally can't remember what I had for breakfast the previous day, though I will never forget where I was on that exact day, at that exact moment... with TV/radio interjections. Thank you for the tribute, and heightening the awareness and memories.... it's important to remember.

We keep the world ... remember a monstrous tragedy that has affected us all as outside the United States ... the beginning of a long painful story!

will never forget the day or where i was at Sherrie. was watching a snowy tv at work just after the first plane hit, the reception was bad. then later we saw a huge blast, and heard a second plane had hit the other tower, i recall the announcer saying, this is no longer a accident, this is terrorisim. i cried all that day and was in fear of something going to happen in colorado where cheyenne mtn is. work stopped for a long time at my job, everyone was in shock.

A beautiful dedication, Sherrie - I well remember that dark day.. I was on my way to work, listening to it on the radio. It still doesn't seem real. I also remember well the day we finally found the pathetic piece of filth that orchestrated that cowardly attack, and put a bullet in his head. God Bless America! Having just toured one of the iconic American sites - Mt. Rushmore, this day has even more meaning for me.

Beautiful work!

never forget. on the chemical used I keep reading that new people there keep hearing story for the rebels themselves saying they the ones that did it. it was an accident where it went off. who knows the truth . none of the made news saying this but you go on the drudge report. it there some where now.
