Description

Tonight's image created with Genesis2, with a character by FWArt. Amber and he husband both had a bad day, and neither had left those feelings at work, rather brought those feelings home with them, taking it out on each other than evening. After one thing spilled into another, some words were exchanged, and some things said which both found to be rather hurtful. In the end, Amber stormed out to walk it off. As the daylight had faded into night, her husband grew worried, they never had such an episode before, and he headed out to find her. Thankfully he didn't have to travel too far before he found her walking her way back home. He pulled up and without hesitation humbly said; "Honey, I am terribly sorry for what I said, I didn't mean it at all, I've no idea what I even said that; please, let me get in and let's go home." Amber wiped away a tear that had lingered in her eye and said; "I'm sorry too. I know you didn't mean it, neither did I." She walked around to the passenger side, opened the door and slipped in. "I guess we both need to find a way to leave our attitudes at work when we both have bad days." Amber reaching over placing her hand on her husbands hand; "I'm glad you came for me too." He smiled and said; "I was getting worried, you never walked out before, and I wanted to be sure you were okay and were coming back home." She replied; "Where could I go without you?" He put the car in gear, turned around heading for home. Once they got back home and walked in the front door, Amber wrapped her arms around him, saying again she was sorry, and sorry for walking out. He understood, "I guess we both needed a little space and time to cool off; but if this happens again, let's just go to opposite ends of the house until we're over it, okay?" "Deal," said Amber, "But right now, I don't want any space between me and you." He smiled and said, "Sounds really good to me." What had turned into an evening they would have liked to forget became a night they would remember. Thanks for stopping in tonight!

Now you see what damage people can make if they stop talking to each other. I'm glad they found a solution in the end and a happy one.

Job, stress and hectic can destroy relationships. That's true. I do my best not to get angry about anything any more ... I just wonder. Good luck for Amber and her husband!!! ;-)
