Sorry to hear you are so down but you shouldn't give up on life! It is always a blow to the ego to find out your significant ther doesn't think you are that significant and you feel like you have nothing in life to offer others but believe it gets better try going to the gym or exercising turning those negative emotions and frustrations towards a physical outlet through sports. Rick, your wife still loves you I'm certain. What she needs is for you to show her the guy she fell in love with long ago is still inside. Trust me a lot of us have gone through similar situations, and what you need to do now is put the smokes away, get back on your medication, and show her that you still love her and are deserving of her love. We all lose ourselves from time to time thanks to blows that life deals us. That is when we need to talk to our friends, and draw strength from them to help us get back on our feet. You have a lot of friends here, including me that care about you, Rick. What you need to do now is learn to care about yourself again, and stop punishing yourself my friend. I'll keep you in my prayers, and ask for God to watch over you and your family during this difficult time.

You are very talented, and have a lot to offer - yourself as well as others. Life can be a cruel mistress at times, but you have to rise above it, and show you are stronger than anything life can throw at you. I am so sorry to read about your issues, I will say my wife does not play those "mind games". You are living thru tough times and have every reason to be depressed. Most important quit smoking, my Dad, 80 years young, just died because of smoking. There are better and less painful ways to die. Who will add songs to pictures, ZZ Top is one of my favorites, I would never have made the connection you made with my picture. You do a great job with your posing and lighting. Especially the lighting, that is what I am having the hardest time with. Once I have dad's estate squared away, I can get back to lighting my scene correctly.

Aww, what a beautiful piece of art! That is one of your best! I'm really sorry to hear that it is not doing so well. I can well understand that a serious illness, wear also the partner down. But who really loves them dearly, accepts the fate. My partner did not leave me when I became seriously ill with MS. For that I am grateful. And when he had a massive heart attack, I was there for him again ... Rick, my friend, I hope it dislocates everything again. Do not give up, and smoke less. I would be very sad if you would let yourself guided by irrationality. Unfortunately I have already lost a lot of friends. I would love to have you for a little longer on my friend list. I'm just so sorry that you are going through all you're going through, and I just keep praying for you.
