Description

Ahh, the final piece...I hope. Well that is what you guys are for, FEEDBACK! Well, the whole thing was done in bryce, with a little post work done in ps6 on the birds(eyes and beak), cloning some trees, putting the holes in the rotting stairs, and adding the rope. also did some touches to the dirt path. Lighthouse from ...oops, somwhere. Birds from here, boat from here, trees done in Bryce's tree editor, and the large majority of the textures are presets with some tweaking. Plants are from 3dplants.com, with my own texture "tweaks" to color them. Let me know what you think. The whole thing only took about 6 hours to render(amazing figuring i am using only a 450, and the render size was fine aa, and 1080 resolution), but to even move one object in the editor, takes about 20 seconds to conplete(not including 5 second to select it), so that is the down side to a 450, runnign xp wich makes thigns worse.

Excellent setup and render the textures are superb but look at the bottom of the lighthouse itself the dark/shadows means they are off the ground a little...

Thanx for your commnets. First though, the dark shadow a teh bottom of the lighthouseis actually teh color os the lighthouse, with it's black base.(pidgeon point lighthuse in Cali). And the waterfallis just a copy of the terrain below it, trimmed, adn with the iceburg material.

I like it, even though it's not very geographically realistic. It has a nice feel to it. Some very plesant things happening here.
