My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Nice shot, Sherlock ;) (still chuckling over your story)

Nice Sherlock! LOL!

I would say it looks like an anchor. Excellent capture. There used to be a game show where you had to guess some obscure object. You could have your own game show with people guess what some of your captures are.

So Bill is Doctor Watson? Nice shot although no one would know what it was without your description.

Very interesting! I am hoping you will show us the anchor too as I am curious which type they chose for an air boat. Love that brass piece!

This draws me in and makes me wonder, what else there could be on the other end ? - apart from the obvious, thank you very much for the hint Tara ;P maybe a skeleton or a pot of gold ? maybe just brass! so simple and so stylish - rather riveting ;) BB
