Am letzten Wochenende war es wieder soweit.
Der Lauf gehört neben den Veranstaltungen in New York, Chicago und London zu den größten und neben London und Chicago zu den schnellsten Marathonläufen der Welt. Hier wurden seit 2003 auch die jeweils gültigen offiziellen IAAF-Weltrekorde der Männer von Paul Tergat (2003, 2:04:55 h), Haile Gebrselassie (2008, 2:03:59 h), Patrick Makau Musyoki (2011, 2:03:38 h) und Wilson Kipsang Kiprotich (2013, 2:03:23 h) aufgestellt.
Teilnehmerzahl: 40.000
Inline Skater, Rollstuhlfahrer, Handbiker(liegend) und läufer aus aller Welt nehmen an diesem Marathon über 26.21876 (42,195 km)

40,000?! Yikes! Inline skaters, wheelchairs, hand cycles (horizontal), runners, jet planes, speedboats and submarines. Does not matter, the Kenyans will still win. Outstanding image. Superb action shot. 40.000? Huch! Inline-Skater, Rollstuhlfahrer, Handbiker (horizontal), Läufer, Jet-Flugzeuge, Schnellboote und U-Boote. Egal, wird die Kenianer noch gewinnen. Hervorragende Bild.
