Description

Bill and I got to visit with Marilyn (beachzz) last night and again this morning. What a treat! :) It seems like it had been ages since I'd seen her, and I guess it had ... more than three years ago ... and she and Bill had never met in person. SUCH a nice visit! :) This is the Eel River at a point near the south edge of Fortuna, California.

I love the subtle tones in this shot with the blue greys in the atmospheric perspective, the layers of greens golds an tans and the the blue grey water. thank you for sharing.

It is pretty country up there although a little brown now. It should green up after the rains start. Glad you had a nice visit.

You and Bill are so privileged to meet you friends of RR. I am a little jealous of you. This photo is a fantastic panorama-postcard, to sell to tourists, or something. What fantastic lines and mood are on it, dear Tara.
