Description

Well, it took a while to get this one put together, but it was fun! The most difficult part was getting the Girls situated just right, and placing the cameras in the right spot(s). The safehouse is a product called "Suburban House." It is very good, but the rooms are not very big, and it's a challenge placing your characters and cameras. You have to make at least one of the walls invisible - if you try to place a camera in one of those rooms with all the walls in place, you have to dial back the focal point so much the figures become badly distorted. Imagine taking a photo of someone up close with an 8mm fisheye lens... I created separate renders for the images on the monitors, which works out pretty well. Most of the miscellaneous props, including the monitors are 3DS files from Archive3D.net. Ranpha, Trish, and Rico are original characters by Diemamker (Dan). If you haven't already, be sure to drop by his gallery for some wonderful artwork and stories with these ladies - and the T.N.A. Girls as well! Thanks, Dan! Hopefully it won't take as long to get page 17 posted - lots of stuff going on here! I'm doing a bit of home improvement, as well as a bucket-load of CG projects. I'll be posting more photos from our recent trip - and a few surprises as well. Stay tuned... Thanks so much for dropping by, and for all the great comments and support! You all really do ROCK! Additional Credits: G4's Fire Red hair by RodS - Available in Rendo Freebies Arawen by P3Design - not in RMP any longer Ranpha, Trish, & Rico by Diemamker (Dan) Various props, monitors, tables, chairs from Archive3D.net

HA, HA, HA!!!!! Outstanding!!! You really out did your self with this page!! When I first opened it, I quickly looked over the page and had to leave the room, I was laughing so hard! and that's before I read it. Outstanding!! I just love these images you made here, I like how you can see Trish and Rico in the back ground doing something. and the look of this lab,( I've gotta try and make it), looks awesome. I'm glad to see my girls are able to help, even if most of the time they're goofing off watching Sheep videos.. Now I'm wondering whats inside the package... can't wait for the next page!! hope you have a great weekend!..

Is it me? I know my eyes are bad, so I'm never sure ... but it looks like the light and color in this one is a little better than previous panels. (Not that there was a thing wrong with them!) Might be my imagination. This thing fairly pops off the page! Great job, darlin'! So ... take pictures of whatever it is you're doing as a home improvement project! Even if you don't post them, I want to see what you're up to! :) I do hope you took "before" pictures! (I always forget.)

Nope - nothing wrong with your eyes, Tara... Remember I went to a Photoshop Seminar with Colin Smith (founder of Photoshop Cafe)? I learned a few new tricks..... LOL!

Super work Rod and another great chapter as we get some more info on "Slickie". Love the background ruckus with the two watching the video, too funny. I know what you mean about setting up the cameras in small rooms. You do a great job on the lighting, that's the hardest thing for me. Lighting a whole spread out room in Poser, especially when the characters are not in the center spot. Great props and nice work on the vid screen images.

Sorry, I thought I commented on this one, been on the road again and must have seen it on my ipad while I was gone. I noticed right away how you got the monitors to show real time so well. And not just a cut and paste either as Ranpha's monitor is at an angle and causes perspective issues. Issues for anyone else except for you that is. The last two panels of Ranpha are particularly priceless.
