Description

Vista House sits on an outcropping along Historical US 30. It's exhibits and archives tell the story of building the highway on the cliffs along the south of the gorge. There's also a great view. Enjoy

... and what an amazing view, even better when zoomed-in, especially the 'Blue Mountain' range ;) is that a tiny little island in the middle of the Columbia River ? fantastic image for the pure (or poor?) armchair tourist :P BB
