Hi Folks! This year’s countdown features slightly updated versions of favorite images since the series started in 2000.
Here is my favorite for Number 10: 10 Toes a' Twitching
The Scariest Songs edition (2011) was the most popular ever in the series; lots of viewers e-mailed suggestions. But that was never any doubt about what would show up as #10 in the ranking. Most of the images for this entry in the countdowns have been inspired by Mary Shelley’s novel about a mad scientist and his loathsome creation. In 1973, the Edgar Winter Group took the Frankenstein theme and created an instrumental jam that is now a legendary rock song, especially this time of year. Check out Igor doing his thing with an air guitar!
