Description

Sleep is nature's best nurse, up to a point! When I took this pic yesterday after lunch i did wonder if it might be the last one of my top dog. This morning after a night in hospital he was still vomiting, so Ellin rang me to say she would try an anti-nausea injection and ring me again at tea time. Then, at 4.30, hopeful news! He hasn't vomited since the jab, and has had a drink and a little snack and even been out in the vet garden for a wee. She is keeping him a second night, but she says he is a fighter, and may feel a lot better tomorrow. The others have been rather depressed, and very quiet! They must be worried that he has vanished.

It's hard to see them sick and uncomfortable. I'm glad Buster is feeling better, and hope he makes a full recovery! Mandy did a bit of vomiting last week, and when I told her about Buster she shook her head in sympathy and sent her best wishes. She apparently has all the confidence in the world that he'll be back to normal in no time, because she decided immediately that the best course of action was to have a little nap in front of the fan.

Poor Buster, lying there all dissheveled, in the arms of Morpheus, hopefully dreaming sweet dreams while on his way to a hopeful, uncomplicated recovery. Fine foto of your little pooch, Andrea, fighting the fight of his life.

He is a fighter. When I first met this little terrier I thought he was a tiny lion or tiger, not that he had a bad temper or anything like that, he had a strong and concise nature which I found both sweet and endearing, but also wonderful. Get well soon Buzzy.

I've got my fingers crossed as well. Glad to hear Buster is feeling a bit better. As for Harry's observation, Buster always looks a little disheveled so that doesn't tell us anything. Have the vets determined what's wrong? Was it something he ate or could it be an insect bite?
