Decided to clean my computer files yesterday and somehow managed to totally wipe out my Runtime... 99 percent gone.. wow.
So I am starting over with the ones I have left. such is life, eh...
Thanks for the peek

That's awful! All my runtimes are backed up on an external drive. I've wiped them out in the past. Cool scene!

OMG ! 99% gone ? It's a nightmare !! But you managed to get a great scene here, the atmospheric effects and the characters are terrific !
artofsouls
It`s still top notch. outstanding work

I did that once. Then again I had my house and everything inside burn to the ground once too. You're right. Not much you can do other than keep on keeping on. In many ways both purges were (in retrospect) quite beneficial. It's never about art or things. It's always about exploring and creating. Good luck.

Sorry you lost your runtime! I lost so much when my computer crashed. Now, I use a couple of external hard drives as backup. Brilliant scene!
Faemike55

Stunning Image and work my friend!!!

Love the misty atmosphere and her expression is chilling. I have had to reinstall my runtime recently it took a while and I missed things and don't know where they are lol..but it gave me the opportunity to make even more runtimes and separate things like I wanted. Good luck Seth..

the fog and light rays of the sun makes for a superb render. I feel for you. I am still slowly rebuilding mine when I find something missing
Lunamoon
Superb render! And even though you lost everything you still come up with a beautiful piece of work. I love the fog effects, and that couple makes me think of the After of a world that is not as it once was. I love their clothing and that staff of his is fantastic. I hope you can rebuild even better after your loss! If this is an indicator of what's to come, I know what follows will be outstanding work. OXOXOXOXO Jane

Nice fog scene; for strange characters and place! Sorry for your runtime

Dang, sorry to hear about it Seth, not sure how Runtime files can vanish, but it's not the 1st time I hear about it. You did great here, I love the fog surrounding them, it's beautiful :)

flavia49
fantastic render

I would probably have put my fist through the computer, adding insult to injury. Patience has never been one of my strong points. Hope you can retrieve a lot of it. This is a great render with all the mist shrouding the figures.

That's awful....it's happened to me twice through computer crashes. Last time I bought an external hard drive that holds 1 terrabyte and I back everything up periodically. I did lose half my objects doing that because apparently there is a limit in Windows to how much you can cut and paste at once. I've been reinstalling stuff as I need it, but it's a big, big pain. If you want some backgrounds to play with, send me your email address through Renderosity mail, and I'll send you a link to some. They are no longer carrying them now at RDNA, so I'm free to give them away when I want...LOL I like the image, and yes, zooming is a MUST!!!
