Description
In the Fall of 1966 I was stationed at the US Navy base, Quonset Point, Rhode Island and living in a tiny town called Pettaquamscutt, RI. We had water service from Kingston, RI and this was our water tower. From a converted slide and will not zoom..

Taken on its own, this would easily have been a medieval fantasy image, with the tower being the dwelling of some wizard or character/creature of the imagination. Maybe the folks who built the tower had something interesting in mind! :)
