I love it when I find these on the pavement.
I've had no time to ID them: I discovered how to make an album here on RR and spent an hour making one with the dogs pics.

Very nice! Fungi, with their pleasing forms and infinite variety, are just perfect subjects. If I ever find the time, I also want to try the album thing. Dogs and hummingbirds are two subjects which immediately come to mind!

Really fat well formed roadside delights. I'd be tempted to take them home and throw them into a stir-fry. Since I don't know anything I'd probably poison myself. A nice capture of this family gathering.

Not 100% sure but it might be Gymnopilus junonius if so then it's poisonous and not edible, I think the common name is Laughing Jack as it contains a few hallucinogens but this one is not for the pot. Nice capture...
