Description
My dear friends, I'm late with the Canals of New Mars episode, I know. I'm sorry but I'm busy with a play to be played on the Livelet Pile Dwelling. It started with "Can you help us a bit" and ended with Sandra and me working, sewing, hammering, cutting and cursing for about two months. We made the clothes, cuirasses, helmets etc.., we wrote the play and now we are the directors and the secretaries. During this time I tried to go on with the Canals, but two weeks ago someone stole the swords, the daggers and other replicas from Livelet Archeopark. Since the Bronze sword is central to the plot, and my birthday was close, Sandra and me decided to buy a sword and a dirk replicas from Britain. Here the results of our efforts and the replicas we bought.
Canals of New Mars will come back SOOOOOON.

Fantastic collage. Your are a busy lady Flavia. I like your explanation with 'Can you help us a bit' with winding up with just about doing everything! That's how it usually goes!

Dear Flavia, first of all I wish you a very happy (belated) Birthday. That you may be blessed for many happy years ahead, with love and care, plenty! Amazing what a wonderful job you and Sandra have done. Am I lucky I came here to thank you, for all your lovely comments. :) this is fabulous to discover, so interesting too, and what handsome people, also very friendly looking. A pity about the stolen swords, nice to read that you could replace them. Toi, toi, toi! May all go very well with this play, my friend!

Pretty cool project/endeavor. Man, people really suck. That's horrible they stole the swords et al. When I was a kid there used to be a small enclosed diorama of Swiss Lake dwellers from waaaaay back that I always found fascinating and would stare at from all angles for some time. Cool stuff.
