Oh dear Alida, I saw it on the news, such a terrible disaster what has happened. I hope you and yours are safe now, and didn't lost to much. I sympathize with you, I did not know you lived on that island, dear Alida. Such a tragedy.

I saw this when you uploaded it (I see all your work when you upload it, even if I'm not commenting at that time). I'm sorry I didn't comment then---I had meant to. I read about the storms in the sea around Italy, and read about Sardinia, etc. I'm very sorry your home island was so devastated. I hope you and your loved ones were ok, and that you came through it without injury. This is a month later, but I send my deepest wishes to you and your loved ones, and everyone else who was effected by that huge storm. And I recognize the faces in your image here: They look like the same faces you have in your avatar. Only here, you put a ribbon over them---which is very touching. I'll comment on your other art now, but I wanted to tell you I was aware of the storm when you put this up...I hope there is peace there now. (It must have been a hard Autumn for you, as you lost your camera too---I hope you can get it fixed again. You're a terrific photographer.) Now I'll go and comment on the images I missed...
