The beautiful blue background certainly takes the "spooky" out of tree. The tree trimmer was relentless. Nice shot!

I know there's a sound reason for this sort of trimming, but it certainly isn't pretty at this time of year. It does make for some interesting many-armed shapes against that blue sky, however. Excellent capture of this poor naked tree, Harry!

this completely private foliage tree seems to have been seriously cut so it does not grow too fast .... nice effect on a background of blue sky!

The cutting will allow for wondrous thick growth, but it does look stark and kind of sadistic now. Cool find.
