Superb title for starters! A 50's b movie horror is writing itself in my head! Amazing spot and an alien landscape captured!

Amazing view of the sky ,sea and sand. I Love the perspective and the contrasts. I am always surprised with the artistry that there is on this work. The close-up is fabulous, everything so well detailed and with zoom, still much better. Beautiful pictures.

What we have here in this most unique abstract foto are striated lines running horizontal at the top, and lines running vertical towards a hypothetical perspective point somewhere far out at sea. Smashing, old girl! Incidentally, it's apparent that you have abandoned all of your other cameras in favor of your Tizzy 3.

Interesting, although I can't work out quite what I am looking at!

Studied the photo. Read all the comments above. In my mind I know that the lines are deep tire marks in the sand. But the more I look, the more the lines appear to be raised...like rows of white asparagus that I've seen grown in the sandy soil along the Rhine Valley in Germany. Fascinating.

The lines ARE raised, Bill! Exactly like asparagus fields. The bulldozer leaves a raised bit and it makes for very tiring walking if you happen to be a dachshund.

Oh my, your sand worms are much smaller than ours!

None of you have it right. It's the Merfolk coming up on the beaches to catch seagulls for lunch, much as we go out in the waters to fish, giggles.

Fine capture, like the detail in the second piece too. Sand being a good for creative expression.

Oh my...read all the comments, and had a giggle or two. It makes a great surface, doesn't it? Well captured!

I thought they were tractor tread marks but looking at the close up I could just as well imagine them as dragon spines. Nice image of sand and sea and sky.

I like the pattern and I believe that it gives Fritz a hard time crossing the beach!
