Description
This image is for "Preecher" who asked a while ago for a picture of one of my Pythons. I hope you like it :)
This is a Cinnamon Pewter morph and was taken a few weeks after he hatched in June this year, he weighed 69g when first hatched and is now nearly 500g in weight. and his colours are much lighter.
I apologise to all those of you who don't like snakes and I promise not to make a habit of posting pictures of them in future (I have 17 Royal Pythons and a 6 foot Corn snake so I do have a few to choose from LOL)
In case you are wondering why I have so many Royals I started breeding them this year when the first of my females was heavy enough, I always wait until they are above 1500g to 2000g before pairing so that they are large enough to take the weight loss after laying. The female of this clutch was a "normal royal" and the male a Cinnamon Pewter, she laid 4 eggs and all turned out to be Cinnamons and all males too which beat the genetic odds. My lemon pastel also had a clutch of 4 eggs and they all turned out as lemon pastels which again beat the genetic odds !
Thanks for taking a look and apologies once again to those who don't like snakes !

Such an interesting, beautiful snake and capture, Rob. I'm impressed by the shape and the textures, plus color. A very cute hobby you have, Rob. I'm not afraid or hate snakes, but I guess the sounds they make doesn't sound very pretty. Thank you for sharing it, and I'm curious how the other kind of snakes does looks like.
