What I want to know is why there is always a part of the building I'm shooting covered in scaffolding and plastic sheeting.

I heard of an artist that do this stuff. but they working on these buildings and got the plastic there to keep the wind out and also to keep any dust in so it will not fall on people

An outstanding sky and skyline capture Alan! In your post "Sunset Over London" last week there were a dozen construction cranes in that photo. My next trip across the great pond - I might not recognize London!
