Well smoke ,
I got a phone call from my wife saying the power was out and it was getting dark there was a massive blaze somewhere over the fields from us with lots of large explosions, four miles from home and I could see the smoke, lots of it.
the fire started about 3.30 pm It turns out it was a motorcycle repair unit on a industrial estate about 2 to 3 miles away this shot was taken by my wife on her point and shoot camera about an hour after it started.
This should have been posted last night but my internet has been down, A lesson here for everyone especially me check the simple things first make sure that the puppy has not somehow pulled the phone connection from the socket.

A super 'news' capture and being an ex fireman I have seen this type of smoke many times.

That is a lot of smoke for 2 to 3 miles away. I hope it didn't smell bad. Puppies can do the strangest things!
