My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

I love the wonderful dreamy quality of this, Tara! This sounds like a fascinating place - I'll have to check it out - maybe next spring..

Wonderful dreamy shot; the description of the structure is fascinating. I think more buildings should be built into the ground!

It looks pretty cozy. Nice study in shapes, shadows and light.

A very sensitive image. I can feel the warmth and am completely caught up in this atmosphere. These are the places where I felt most at home as a child with Grandma when I was sad...thanks, Tara

Love the lighting Tara. Reminds of a barn of a farm in Germany near the Dutch border I spent a couple of months in the 50s. Similar light but not nearly as clean, but then it was a working farm!

Sets you in mind of a Cowpoke movie... In walks the cowboy, leading his mount... Great shot.. Happy Christmas! Rob
