Hello and welcome! Thanks so very much for taking the time to view my work. And a double thanks to those who take the extra time to favorite and comment. I deeply appreciate your feedback.
These are some of the materials for the second tiara in my upcoming set. Each tiara has about 6 material options, though the first one has separate materials for the gems and the base, and two options for four of the gem materials, so it can actually have many more combinations than 6.
I've also been working on my material set, so I'll post previews of that work soon. This set uses WIP versions of Metal, Pearl, and Marble. I won't have that set done nearly as fast as I wanted, since I still have 6 more materials to go, the manual to update, and many promo renders to make. That said, the next material I have to work on should be the only one that's fairly tricky. I suspect Worn Stone will have me playing with options, Wet Lycra will need good references, and Satin w/ Sequins will probably involve making a pattern, but the shading for those materials should be reasonably straight-forward.
I'm looking forward to making Techno Cloth. The incredibly talented isikol suggested it. It will be a hexagon patterned fabric based on sci fi suits and some of the current superhero outfits.
I'm also working on other models, that I hope to make into products much more quickly than I have these tiaras. :)
Production notes (same as previous tiara posts): For the environment I used Bagginsbill's environment sphere with my procedural sky material, a very large circle of low emission panels that are invisible to the camera but not reflections or bounced light (good for reflections), my cyclorama, my softbox with lights, and an infinite for the sun.
