Snow Rose ... Christmas Rose.....Winter Rose ....
I like Snow Rose best. This is my winter flower this year. If already out is no snow, then I get "snow" in my room in the form of this charming flower. She has 9 flowers and some buds waiting, to open. In addition to the Amaryllis this flower is one of the most beautiful Christmas flowers for me.

Maybe you would like some of our white stuff. We are about 75 cm deep in it in my city and the temperature is -27C and yet that feels relatively warm! I wore my parka today but did not zip it up as I ran around town. For me as long as the sky is clear and the sun is shining it feels warm, even if it is really cold. As long as there is no wind. But that hard, cold blue light is very difficult to make good photos in. My world is now hard and edgy, except for the early evening when the sun casts a warm orange glow on the landscape that contrasts with the blue of the shadows.
