Description

With all of the ads, displays, music, festivities, parties and shopping, I had a feeling that something was going on. Snowman captured back on 12/25/09. ZOOM for best effects. Have a good one! Ho ho ho.

A beautifully-worked rainbow of holiday greetings, Harry; I hope you didn't have to venture out into the retail madness that Christmas has become. I wish you the warmest and happiest of holidays, and only good things in the year to come.

"With all of the ads, displays, music, festivities, parties and shopping, I had a feeling that something was going on"---lol. So did I. I assume LA is as nuts-o this time of year as Chicago is. A very nice image, Harry, with the coronas of light emanating out, and nice placement of your snowman and the words, to balance both ends. (I did designs like this many years, I know all about those little choices: Your proportions and balance are just right.) And the snowman---I've seen you extract photos of snowmen, goblins, etc, and place them into card-designs like these: Very well done, it's seamless, with an unobtrusive soft outline to help it blend. And your font has caps that resemble snowflakes, another good choice---they might be imitating old European heraldry or religious designs, but they look like snowflakes, which I assume was part of why you chose them---a good choice. Well, I hope your New Year will bring you much light and inspiration, and alot of strong health too, which you deserve. Thanks for your constant kindness to me here, and to many others too. You're one of our truly devoted people here, and I remain very grateful for that! Happy holidays Harry, and many more.
