Description

Hi. Did another 3 galleries, and I'm closer to finishing everyone. (I'll do repeats too. A pleasure!) But now I'm going to bed...wanna get rid of this flu... Just a summer study from 2012. Thanks so much for your responses, you've all been great! A sweet Sunday to all, Mark (The image is large...better zoomed...)

OUCH! I just had to take a look and it is a really awesome shot. It has this clean and sharp look, that I adore so much in your photos. You are an artist in darkroom art, Mark :) Dont know anybody who can tone down colors and get away with, like you can. I Love it !! And relaxing is exactly what we are doing these days :) We SO need it after this hectic month :) Get well soon, my dear friend :))) .

Beautifully done, Mark! Helle is right, you do have this sort of sharp graphic quality in your photos that is very pleasing to the eye, and the subtle monotone feeling works really well here. Get over that darned bug!

Hugging, kissing, laughing, horseplay, picnicking, and flipping frisbees at the park has been replaced by robotlike cellphone and texting conversations, and a just plain I-don't-feel-like-doing-anything attitude these 21st Century days. What apathy. What ennui. What lethargy. Possibly the result of Obamacare. Reminds me of the zombie brained populace in the "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" type movies. Other than that, great composition and contrast in this studied photo, Mark. And hope you're making headway against the dreaded and incapacitating flu bug.

Wow Mark, let me say that I also love this shot and would very much like to know more about it. This is one of those picture perfect scenes that are so hard to capture, and one to be proud of. The way the background seems to fade into the light sets the photo off nicely. Sorry to hear your still battling the flu and I'll keep you in my prayers.

I do like the color tones in this and the relaxed mood. And how everyone is gathered in the same place and yet very much in their own world. Keep getting better.

A great slice of life and the color choices work so well to make it even better. The girl texting is right out of NOW; she's probably telling him where she wants to go for lunch!!

I love that peachy-beige mono business. It makes for a wonderful image! You are a wizard with composition and light, my friend. Outstanding work!
