Here I am! Hi everybody :)
What about me...Well,I'd love to make my living a pleasant and fruitful experience:I have always liked to paint and make drawings, but I never went to any school.
I love to write, and I like to express my soul in as many ways as I can think of...I don't consider myself an artist, though:I just love art. For more about me, just click here and visit my site.BIOI was born in Firenze, 17th of April 1977.
I am fond of everything which celebrates life and humanity:from writing, to painting, to music till sports and nature, all that captures my attention becomes an interest of mine.
If I'd die tomorrow, I would feel my life has been a worthy one already, but for every day that passes, I feel always more curious about it.
To be an artist (although I don't consider myself so,) means to have a personal vision about all that happens, equally outside than inside.For me it means also to try to connect with other's spirits in unexpectable ways and have an endless will of knowledge, and endless will to discover and test yourself and everything else, without fears, but with all possible emotions in the quest, and from the quest.
The world around it's therefore the best inspiration, all that is into it can touch the inner chords of my soul, although I can't say which way till it doesn't happen.And everytime it happens, it's a reveal, a miracle, and the vibes are the best one can feel.
Then sometimes I watch the blue sky, and I give shape to my heart and mind, and I float around... and smile for my live is really like I want it to be.
I have temporarily suspended my career as University Researcher, testing myself as Administrative Manager right now, and I still asking myself if what I got finally was awareness or disillusion, but anyway, it's my attitude to never regret anything that I made consciously.Let's give life a new try.
I am very fond of Foreign Cultures, they enlarge also my artistical perceivement of life, and it's something I find absolutely enriching.
I have never learnt English, so forgive me if I am not good at speaking nor writing it.
I can speak and write in French, I can read Spanish, I know Ancient Latin and Greek.
And of course, I am Italian so, my Mother Tongue has got no mystery for me.

The wings are done really well, just like a wing of a regular bug...with those little lines in em. The face of this character is wonderful too, perfect lips to match killer eyes ;) oh and ummm...good scan :)!

thanx to all.. and she's waiting, as you said Gun.. for someone who trusts his or her heart this much that is not surprised to see a creature with wings penned that way :) Call her Fairy of Belief, or something ;) (Note: the wings are made easyliy: just the fingers passing the graphitis by sliding over small traces of them, then a very very soft pencil in HB for the little veins over them.. and that's it, everyone can make it easily..Try you all You'll love it :)) I am glad my Queen is makin you have a nice vision :)She's happy too :)

She is thinking about spinning a suspension bridge cable and how to attach it to an anchor so all her loyal subjects can leave the forest and cross to the meadow. Yet the valley she wishes to span is way up on the shoulder of K-3. Maybe a spider to cross temporary would be better.

Very beautiful Meli. I love her expression and the way you trail the ivy over her arm and leg. Her wings seem to make her something more on the spiritual side of things, not necessarily angelic, but in that realm...Excellent work.

Wonderful variety of pencil strokes to produce a delightful depiction of [I think] a rather raunchy fairy - come to think of it, isn't that a normal fairy trait? I love her tender mouth ... and [hmm] nice legs ...

Cheryl said it very well Mike.. I am thinkin of spiritual realms, which not necessarily are anjelic, although good :) I am feeling quite sensual lately, and so comes that my creations are as well :) But next one is gonna be a paint and.. Dale, please.. no spiders, they just freak me out ;)

She is very lovely, especialy like the wings, the delicate feeling too them and the transparency is very nice, Im not too sure abuot her left leg for .. some reason but it dosent subtract from the overall lovelyness :) wonderfull as ever Mel!

I was thinkin about a composed background.. but I am never realistic when I paint, so I just put her in the light, avoiding dramas :) But you are quite right about the depth :)

"oooooh", is all i can say. a really nice and "swoop-y?" charoal sketch with feeling. the kind of thing that's interesting of form and technique. i can imagine different backgrounds, etc. around and behind it.
