forgive my being late, Alida, I've barely commented at all since I got sick. But I love your New Year's fractal. The pink, yellow and blue are very nicely used, from center to edges, and you laced the pink part with blue as well. And I really like how "Happy 2014" is half-dissolved by all the activity around it. Very sensitive work. As always, your work is sensitive and thoughtful even for a simple holiday card. I hope to be more "present" in 2014, but first I have to get over this cold and cough. Still, it's been a pleasure seeing and (eventually) commenting on your work, whenever I've been able to be online. I love what you do. And I wish you and your loved one a wonderful, safe and healthy 2014, free of storms too. Enjoy yourselves, and stay warm! (It will be minus 24.4C in Chicago---my home---in about 2 days.
