Description

I've always been fascinated with the beauty of moss & I've tried to capture the special quality of sunlight hitting bright emerald green moss on a tree before, but never been very successful. I think this photo of moss on oak trees is the best I've been able to get so far & I credit the impressive amount of creative control that Adobe Camera Raw provides. This trail had an abundance of very bright moss at this time of year & I will post at least one more photo that focuses on moss tomorrow...

This is a favourite sight of mine too; you've managed to get that spectacular range of colour in the sparkling sunlight, and it's mesmerizing! Well done!
