Description
The Holidays are over, the families have returned to their various homes and the old ancestral gathering place has been closed, locked, and returned to the caretaker. And yet she remains. She must remain; watching the images replay again and again until the next return. Perhaps a joyful wedding, perhaps a funeral; sparse fillers until the next years holidays.

Beautiful render! She looks so sad. Maybe they can throw a Valentine party, then there is St. Patrick's day, and I'm sure we can come up with at least one celebration a month to keep her spirits up.

This is an excellent portrait and I am certainly able to enjoy it even tho I confess I do not understand why she must remain? Is she a portrait on the wall? Whatever she is, she is beautiful in her sadness and you did an excellent job with this image.
