Description

On the reverse of the photographs sent to dear old Crudworthy were some descriptions of what the subjects were. This example was no different... "On our second day on Phobos Rudders was convinced he heard the sound of an animal, like the roar of an elephant as he described it. We dressed in our suits and took the gun. "What we heard was indeed bestial, accompanied by a shaking of the ground... and these creatures hove into view. At first small ostrich like creatures with bizarre heads, followed by giant saurians with three serpentine heads apiece. "Rudders took this photograph as we crouched behind some rocks." In his letter Proudbotham states that Phobos has an atmosphere, something we know cannot be the case, yet if we are to believe the photographs, the creatures shown must breathe some form of atmosphere. Should the robots be sent to the Martian moons rather than the red planet itself to search for life? * * * * * * DAZ's Hydra and Charanx used as is, with the Millennium Dragon flying overhead, all imported into Bryce and much postwork ^_^ Thanks for looking.
