Description

Another shot from Yorkshire wildlife park. The tigers seemed to be in need of shade from the UK January sun ( 5 degrees C )!! They gathered under the trees in their enclosure a long way off. Then this fine specimen came strolling towards us. He was about 30 yards away and had a real swagger. I grabbed 2 quick shots before he settled down out of view. The other one was an instant delete!

It can be challenging to get a good shot of these guys. This one is a huge specimen, isn't he? You did well capturing those golden eyes letting you know he was aware of your presence as he strolled over to his next napping spot!
