Small animation of a police chase I made with 3d studio maxBIOI am currently going to the Art Institute of Dallas, in the computer animation field, I hope to land a career in video game modeling and possibly texturing and maybe even environmental modeling. I currently use only 3dsmax for my 3d animations, and I do some various drawing, with multiple medias, and I've tried a little 2d drawing animation too.

That's nice dude!!! The paint job is fantastic. Only thing i feel is that it may be a little TOO low poly. Especially the interior. Oh and go easy on the reflections. Apart from that, excellent work and keep 'em coming. :-D

well the reflections were just to show off the other angles of the car... and on the interior, I was trying to make it the same kinda style that the cars in Grand Theft Auto 3 use... their seats look exactly like that lol

i would say bump up the polys just a little more. todays games can handle it. and the paint job is cool, but i would say add realism to the textures. as it looks now there is no 'texture', just color variation.

Well, I intended this to be the "new" car... one with a show room look to it ...I'm currently working on the textures for the version that is the version that has been put through use on the roads, and then I'm going to make a version of it that has been trashed out... maybe some deformations of the mesh, and major chunks of paint missing, and then I might add things like rust and holes in the body work... I would even develop textures for the interior to show rips in the cloth and other cool stuff like that... on account of todays video games, I've taken the liberty to "Borrow" the vehicles in Grand Theft Auto, which has a very small number for its maxiumum value... all the cars' face count averages from 446 to 1851 faces at most... and that's for the PC version... which technically would be able to have the most detail... maybe... though the Gran Turismo 3 cars had an average of 4000 faces... but they are also limited to 6 cars on screen at the same time before slow-down occurs... this is intended for animations that would have about 75 cars at the same time shown... so I gotta keep them somewhat low _
