Description

Vue8Frontier/DazStudio/Photoshop Another underwater image, this time using some Daz models I have had for ages and never found an image to add them into. Dolphins,Angelfish and kelp are all from Daz3D,posed and imported via DazStudio(still having import issues, one of the dolphins had it's mouth open but it imported closed).Volumetric atmo with sun enabled, and a caustic gel applied to it. One volumetric spotlight with same gel creates the light rays. Ground plane and terrain textures are preset Vue materials. Bubbles, floating debris and blurring of foreground fish done in Photoshop, signature and resizing also in PS. Thanks for taking the time to view, and for any comments!

Great sense of depth! (Ha! See what I did there!) You got the water effects just right on this one and the dolphins look very natural.

very nice work and the lightning makes it look very realistic. A good advice about Daz, always make sure you export from the program in wavefront object format, that way there should not be any problem:)

Thanks,I wish I could but Vue 8 Frontier only allows daz collada imports unless I buy the import/export modules...will have to make do for now!

Excellent. The mottled light on their bodies looks great. Nice realism.

Great realism in this image, from the poses on the fish to the water and lighting. Very well done.
