I know one or two who have ears like that, especially in this cold weather (chuckle)... nice captures. I think this is sometimes used in recipe's more for it's texture than it's flavour but as always it's best avoided if you get reactions to these things... many have to be cooked thoroughly or it's an hospital visit.. or at the very least a day in the toilet.
