in the UK who are suffering from the rash of storms. A taxi driver was killed late Friday in central London near Holborn subway station when part of a building collapsed during a windstorm, police said. She was identified as Julie Sillitoe, a 49-year-old with three sons. An 85 year old gentleman died on the Marco Polo when a freak wave broke the windows of the ship's Waldorf Restaurant. and in Hertfordshire, north of London, residents of 17 homes were evacuated Saturday after a 20-foot (65-foot) deep sinkhole developed overnight on a quiet residential street. These and others like them, keep them and their families in your thoughts and prayers. Pray that the storms end soon so life around the world can go back to what we hope will be normal.

Intriguing image and king thoughts about the floods here, which are a disaster. Ironically here in the north (lancashire...famed for being wet) at least in my area, the rivers are full but no problems, Thanks Mike

I believe the toll reached 11.. The storms and rains were officially the worse ever recorded.. Thanks mate, glad others are thinking....Our Government isn't.. Thats for sure! Rob
