Captured 5/2/13, early AM, outside our local FedEx office.
Dietes bicolor (variously known as African iris or Fortnight lily) is a clump-forming rhizomatous perennial plant with long sword-like pale-green leaves, growing from multiple fans at the base of the clump. This species belongs to the Iridaceae (Iris) family. It can form large clumps if left undisturbed for years. This species is common in horticulture in its native South Africa, where it is often used in public gardens, beautification of commercial premises and along roadsides.

Your flower captures just never wane, I mean never. Beautiful presentation: just two flowers, very different from each other, both vividly present, and the shadow and light, and the water drops make these 'portraits', as if they posed for you in a studio. The light on the stems beneath is perfect, and the background is faded just the right amount. And it's framed beautifully. An intimate piece of portrait photography, with beautiful design. Voila.
