Using 3 different custom filters hue/saturation and a little bit of pencil retouch

i am not that fan of the overall-filter pics,theres always too less distinction in its microstructure and no perspective depth,filters always treat evry detail even ,but u get that englishmen-watercolor touch a bit mixed with a little impressionistic style, a nice simple composition too(photo?)

yes it comes from a photo, with a very low definition few colors(256 or less gif) and big pixels, next repainted with some touchs of airbrush expecially over the sky. Then custom filters overall, hue/saturation and retouch with pencil and airbrush in difference mode.
