Amazing what you do with fractal shapes and textures. This is like a gigantic bowl of porridge, bubbling over and making steam-vents. Only you've cellularized it (that word again), putting the bubbles into segmented compartments, and even have them spill over the compartmental borders---a great touch!!!---and on closer inspection it appears that each segment has either the same "porridge" configuration or very similar ones. And the configurations form "star" patterns, with each segment coming out from a center, ie, in "spokes". And the borders, themselves, form geometric patterns. A wonderful use of geometric with "ooze" forms, stuck into a rigid "frame," spilling over it, and repeating itself back into the abyss (the farthest segments are in deep blue shadow...) Marvelous. Boiling porridge for mathematicians and fractal artists. Wonderfully conceived and executed.
