I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

I love the images that you've been posting but I do miss the ladies! This is a great capture and I'm looking forward to the continuation of this set!

There aerial shots are really impressive! Cool scale and FoV here.

Awesome shots... you can even move the phantom in close and get some great shot all around that work site... I just hope no one thinks your spying on them... sweet shots..

Wow Rod, you really can get some amazing photos with the Phantom. Very smart of you to take it with you on your travels.

Great shot Rod, a bit spookie but well done

Won't be long before all the paparazzi will be using these to get photos of celebrities at private weddings and functions or in there backyard and so on. No more waiting for the rich and famous to come outside to get shots.. Could even buzz there house windows.. There will be no where to hide, but then again they could get a gun and shoot them down for sport lol.. Nice shot Rod..

Actually, the FAA would shut them down pretty quick. Currently, commercial use of UAVs (AKA drones) is not permitted in the USA. So, no deliveries of pizza, beer or Amazon orders anytime soon. This may change if the FAA rulings begin to allow limited integration of UAVs into the airspace for commercial purposes. So.... No photos of celebrities sunbathing naked! LOL

LOL, most people take a Dog when going for a walk, Rod takes a phantom!!!.. but then a Dog can't get to 150ft... unassisted ... glad to see the missus is buying in to the phantom as well... mine just growls at my hobbies! Another very cool aerial photo.. nice pondside view.. so yes, I guess a Hotel of similar is on the cards!
RodS
Not to mention the dog is just all paws when it comes to handling a camera...... :-P

I love the idea of flying the Phantom every week or two as the construction progresses. What a fun project!

Quite a complex Bass Pro has there. I've just told Tara, "Maybe we should hire Rod/Jo to go down to Paola, KS and do an aerial recon for us of the various campsites in Hillsdale State Park (we stayed there last year and will again in April this year). In the spring some sites are wet, others not so much, etc.

Hehe - I'll do it for free, Bill - if I get paid for it the FAA would have a candy-coated hissy fit! LOL!
lisalisette
Great shot.. makes me wonder what this is going to be :)
vitachick

bass pro just opened up a new place here late last year, with bowling alliys, restaurants, and many others besides the retail part. cool shot.

Interesting shot from above, Rod - hopes not it is a parking bunker with the lifts by mistakenly turned 180 deg.! ;o)

Another great capture Rod, beautiful view also.

LOL at some of the comments posted here. But, that gives me an idea Rod. Got any good looking ladies in the neighborhood? You could take photos of them and post them here, LOL! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT! I know THAT wouldn't fly (no pun intended) especially with Jo, HeHe. It would be interesting to see the progression of the construction. Good idea.
RodS
The ladies in this neighborhood???? EEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL! Seriously - the median age here is about 70...... I guess I could take it out to Johnson Co, Kansas where all the rich thirty-somethings hang out... :-P
knupps
Looks amazing. Great shot with the quad.

Very great picture !!!

While its a great POV mate, its never going to be about looking after nature or the like. It'll always be about destruction of the above and making the rich richer! So no surprise.. Well shot again mate.. Rob

I'm of the same mind, Rob. It sickens me to see whole grove of trees ripped away for yet another hotel or office building that will sit mostly empty for years. There will be photos of natural areas coming very soon, once the weather improves.
