While it's a fractal, it's also a return to your cultural, religious and historical pieces, as this resembles a crucifix in a way, but also a god-goddess icon, or some civic monument to authority of some kind. The round "head" does remind one of halos (they could be christian or buddhist), with the rays almost like organ pipes---you have some showing their "openings," and of different lengths. Fascinating spheres and circles in the outer band, too. (Some look like eggs or cells---even cookies, lol.) Inside? Triangles in circles, reminiscent of medieval christian tracery; but also of qabalah and other mystical views of the world. (And the "3" element is there, as in the trinity.) The "body" is made of fractaly, bone-like structures, as if you shaved off the surface of bones and revealed their porous textures inside. And it's orange (!!!), and constructed almost like an old erector-set structure, with arms out (crucifix) as if heralding us, pretending to hold us, or as if in some sort of surrender---though power is more present here than 'surrender'. And resting on more of your concrete symbols---a shell and two birds, the birds being very clearly and vividly presented. All against black---a standout presentation. (Make to stand out and call us. "Behold".) "Behold," of course has as its root in, "hold": It asks us either to hold this icon, or it's telling us that it's holding us: Either way, it heralds us to engage and be engaged in its powers. ("My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings: Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!") Serious and playful, tongue in cheek, and meticulously constructed, as all your icon-takeoffs are. Very finely done.

I love this image. An ikon that seems to give a double thumbs down. Perhaps the symbol of Nihilism, or perhaps a comic anti-christ! He's got the birds on side though.
