My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

A very nice companion piece to the first image - the light has a similar very appealing luminance that's reflected off the wood of the elegantly curved stairwell...

I want to go into the light, can I? Please? This is just SO inviting!

I love places that are built with deep dark wood and have wonderful mysterious shadows running around.

Almost feels like being there.... A delicious capture, Tara!

More light in this one, but still those deep dark wood elements; and very powerful lights, esp as the balustrades approach the big window. (I assume that's a window and not a door.) The way you whiten the light makes it mythic, absolute. But it's soft. And the piece is doused in privacy, seclusion and invitation. It's nice to see that red in one of the shutters/doors to the window---actually a reddish brown. Very delicate shot, once again, Tara. This is a very special series.

luring... the contrast between light-dark and straight-curvy makes it a wonderful capture, Tara
