Description

Watch out folks, here's competition for ya, captured almost seven years ago, back on 5/3/07, in the Pavilion of Wings, an annual event staged on the beautiful premises of the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. I found this young lady to be most cute and dedicated, capturing the butterflies and moths with her green camera. She must be in high school by now. These pics were shot in the days when there were still electronic view finders on point and shoot cameras and when I thought that people were a top priority to photograph, at least in size relation to their environment. Farvel.

What a serious little cutie she is! Wonder if she's still shooting? Nicely done captures! I wonder what the make and model of her green camera was?

Sheer delight, Harry, 2 little jewel captures. Her pink blouse with that beautiful full light, and her total absorption as she shoots, is wonderful. As is her relaxed smile and posture with you---that's fine shooting, 'cause she isn't posing or playing 'to' you, she's just at ease with you. A joy. And I love the green tag on her shirt and the green camera. (And she's positioned beautifully in front of that woman, too.) Beautiful. I know you don't do people as much anymore, but you have so many fine people shots here, it's a pleasure to see another. I love her gentle smile. A little ruby of a pair. Voila!
