Steve, first of all let me say that I'm very sorry to hear they didn't even take the time to respond. The first rule of running your business is to make sure you keep the customers happy. That of course doesn't mean you can please everyone, but that does mean you need to go the extra mile to solve their problems.

I hope that you do not go to leave us, you would miss us terribly.

I don't know much about what's going on with site changes, only that I know I've had a few problems as well and couldn't do much until I switched to firefox as a browser. I hope they can improve things for you so you don't have to leave. Always best wishes for you buddy.

Yup. Every time they do these "upgrades" people have problems. I was having a problem - and still seem to be - with not getting notifications when my favorite vendors have sales or release new items. Sometime I do, sometimes I don't. I was having trouble with my sitemail at first but it cleared up. Great image BTW. Excellent pose and facial expression.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues the "improvements" have caused you. You also need to put this into the equation: The USA lags behind most Third World countries in giving access to the internet and cell phones to its population. If you had reliable access to the internet there wouldn't be any issues with the Rendo improvements. I will miss you and hope there is some way of resolving the problem for you.

I think your issue will be addressed if you wait for a week day for a response. sometimes (new improvements) are not always to my taste but after a while I forget they were even made. I do not like where the send is on site mail, but I have gotten use to it I like your pose and expression on her. very expressive

Changing to Chrome or Opera or FF browsers would help with the issues but also cause different ones because Chrome and those browsers don't work well on Dialup. The problem stems from Html versions which has changed, the BW programmers don't have a clue or don't care about making things compatible between older and newer technologies leaving those who for whatever reason are stuck with older gear and Dialup internet out in the cold, I was in the same boat with you until I got a lucky break with a new Computer and DSL finally coming to my neighborhood but that doesn't let the programmers off the hook, if they wanted to(or more likely just had the skills)could make things compatible but it's probably a money/advertising thing pushing the Google Chrome Browser, which is just a big piece of Advertising Spyware, down everyones throats

Sleep on it. The older I get the more this approach tends to clarify things, and put them in perspective. I sure hope you stick it out and stick around.

This is a delightful render - I love Zlata's expression, Steve! Wonderful as always! Like I commented on Lisa's last upload, the big problem with Rendo is that - like many other things - it has become "corporate." The only things that are important to the powers-that-be are a bunch of numbers on a spreadsheet. The "improvements" they have inflicted on us over the last year are a part of this, I believe. On the other hand, I have uploaded art to a number of other art sites - RDNA, YUR, DA, Redbubble, etc, etc..... If I'm VERY lucky, I'll get 1 or 2 comments at most, but mostly nothing. At least here, I can see that my work is actually being looked at - and hopefully enjoyed. So, I'll be here until the bitter end. You will be missed by myself and many others if you leave, but you must do what you feel is right for you, my friend. You are a good friend (one of my first here), and will continue to be regardless of your decision. Be well, my friend.
