Description

For a walk at Hubbards Hills. Meadow & Jasmine were swimming. Jasmine had a weigh in at swimming today to see if she has lost any weight but she hasn't. Haven't a clue how that is because she has had her food cut down & is getting more exercise. Meadow has also been weighed & is also now on a diet :o) We will see what next week brings!!!!!

She looks really happy to be there, Barbara. Sounds like they have a lot to offer them while they are there.

Less food and more exercise but no weight loss, my guess would be you are trading body fat for muscle weight.

I'm thinking the same as Wolf .. body fat for muscle weight. They've been more sedentary in the winter months, and now they are getting lots of exercise. Muscle weighs more them fat, so if one is dieting and exercising .. one might not see any weight loss. How do the feel? They look quite fit! Truly does not look over-weight, she looks quite gorgeous and quite slim!

Lovely shot of her Barbara, love it. Your Jasmine will have bulked up her muscles which weighs, that is what is taking over from any over weight re fat build up which is excellent. She is doing well and looks great! Your dogs will have a lot of muscle because they get an abundance of exercise, they are all just wonderful. hugs and love xxxxxxxx
