Description

...and a fourth rhino joins the dinner party. Random Rhino Trivia: A group of rhinoceros is known as a crash :) Rhino horn has been used for centuries in traditional Asian medicine, but has not been proven to cure any illness. The horn is not bone, but keratin, the same as your hair and nails. ( so eat your hair and not rhino horns :P ) White Rhinos aren't white, and Black Rhinos aren't black. The white rhino is the largest rhino species. An adult White Rhino can produce up to 50 pounds of dung per day (Yikes!) Thanks for stopping by. Hugs, ~Melinda~

Lol without seeing this upload and viewing your newest upload going through every ones uploads of my favorite artist at Renderosity which i receive through e-mail i commented that it is a pity that are being killed for their horns. i heard as recently as yesterday on Radio that poachers for going into the field on one mission to poach Rhino horns do receive something like R200 000 as payment. Superb capture. God bless.

"An adult White Rhino can produce up to 50 pounds of dung per day (Yikes!)" BTW A politician can beat that with their mouth on a daily basis :)

I assume they're eating, but it looks they're having a gabfest in this fabulous capture, Melinda - LOL. I sure wouldn't want to horn in at this juncture. And, thank you for the highly interesting information on this species.

A super photo - nothing out of focus - it looks like the fourth rhino just horned his way in and fantastic information. A bonus for the guy that has to shovel up all of that dung!!!!
