Here is to you TARA, many happy returns for today and big cheers, my friend ! *** Something very simple, I thought I surprise you with a nice breakfast - Mangoes from my garden and the flower is that of the African Tuliptree - that's just for starters ... how about French Toast with freshly brewed Coffee to follow? *** Take it easy today and let your hair down with a nice glass of Champagne, amongst friends & family - hip, hip hooray! ... BTW - the second Mango is for Bill, he has to cut up his own, it's only you, who get's spoiled on this birthday, sorry Bill ;P *BB*

Oooohh! I love getting early birthday wishes from Oz. :) Those mangos look delicious! I will happily take the already prepped fruit and leave Bill to peel his own. :D As a matter of fact, some friends of ours just gave us a recipe for blended ripe mango and vanilla ice cream with blackberry liquor. Oh yum. I can taste it now. THAT's what I'm doing with my mango! Ta-da! :) Thank you, dear friend! You're the BBest!! :) (For those of you in "today" land, rather than "tomorrow" land (aka Australia), you haven't missed it ... my birthday is actually the 11th.)
