Description

Well, it's the best title I could think of at the moment! :-D I recently upgraded to a Canon EOS6D as I'm hoping to do a little publishing in the near future.. This camera is just phenomenal - I love the full-frame, and it has WiFi, so I can actually shoot remotely with my Ipod I shot this at the Shoal Creek Living History Museum a couple weeks ago, on the same day I took the aerials with the Phantom. The original file - which is waaaay to large to post - is just mind-blowing. Film is truly history... Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know I'm still alive - it's just been really busy around here lately. I am working on several projects - including Page 25 of the Girls' adventures. I'll also have the T.N.A. Pinup of the month up in a day or 3 (now that we're halfway through May already). I also want to wish all the May kids a very Happy Birthday (render coming soon)! We're going to take a short break this weekend, and head south to Osage Beach and the Haha Tonka area near Lake of the Ozarks. We hope to do some photography, and get the Phantom in the air, of course. Photos will be forthcoming! As always, thanks so much for dropping by, and for all your wonderful comments and support! And please keep Dave (magnus073) and his dad in your thoughts and prayers.

this is cool . get a remote flash also. you can use it behind the subject. I seen photos like that. i do not have one but wish i did Seen them in pack of four so you can get all sides and have some with color over the light. I did get one that i can put on a tripod but it have a cord to the camera. it good as it will let the light come in the side and not up front like your flash on the camera do. which will flatten the person face if you not careful about it. and have your flash up too high lovely flowers

They are beautiful! We had some wonderful lilac bushes by our back door in New Hampshire and it was always such a treat in the Spring when they bloomed. For some reason there are none on the Greenhouse property.

Good shootin' Rod. You and I will have to keep in mind exchanging full frame tips now and then. Canon really has popped out some great little cameras in the last couple of years...with amazing ISO low light capabilities. That's what Olympus couldn't do for me. Know you'll be enjoying your trip to the Ozarks!
