Window light to camera right has given this a nice structured lighting Andrea. Also the fact that the room is white has helped the light scatter around and fill in shadows, and of course the white tee has served to fill the shadows beneath the chin. Excellent shooting my dear!

A glowing face and fine capture of this moment---the man looks engaged and very happy. And, with Ronnie, the light around him gives contrast and structure to the shot. And the light tee shirt is a grounding accent too. The black and white is more intense, brooding---just by desaturating. It's very different. This one feels dark in spots, but he glows. A wonderful moment, in your capture, and a real fullness of personality and presence. More fine facial portraiture from you.
